I was concerned because we had not heard from Angela for awhile and sent her a pm.  She just answered and has been involved in a Woman's Ministry at her church, planning and participating, so her time was pretty well involved.  She is also having the grandkids (and their mom) come for a visit so that will also keep her  pretty much occupied.  She is going to try to check in occasionally but won't be here a whole lot.  She is tired, but her back is ok, for now.

Just a FYI

Oh by the way Linda - I do like the Hope of Glory book very much!  Sometimes Charles Spurgeon gets way above my head, and this one is very pleasant to read.  Thank you.

Thanks for that info, Anju. I'm glad to hear that Angela is just busy, and isn't having problems.

I'm with you about the Spurgeon readings. I find them over my head quite often and have started to skip reading them.

I struggle with the Spurgeon readings, too.  I have used My Utmost for His Highest by Oswald Chambers in the past.  I think it is a good, classic daily devotional that is easier to follow than Spurgeon's book.

I did the 'contact us' option on the "the official web site of Oswald Chambers Publications ASSOCIATION Ltd." & got this response today:

Thank you for your email and query. Yes, Utmost is just about ready to upload on to Kindle. We try to stay up with modern gadgets.

Every blessing
