FS: Amazon Kindle 4 Cover with light (black leather)

I have a lighted leather cover, from Amazon, for the latest generation Kindle (not touch, not fire).  I waited 2 months for it to ship, it just came the other day.  Unfortunately, my the time it arrived, I had sold my Kindle and got a Kindle Touch.

I see that through Amazon it is still a 3-4 week wait . . . I can send it tomorrow. 

Amazon is offering me what I paid for this in a refund ($60) but I thought I'd check here first.  How about $65 shipped?
