Hope I am putting this in the right place...

I've only noticed this when I'm using my work computer, but recently, when I reply to a thread I get an error saying that I cannot start new topics. Any ideas on what I should be looking for on my machine? Since I haven't seen anyone else mention it, it must be with this PC.

edit: Well, that worked. I'll also pay attention to how soon I'm trying to post. Maybe I'm not letting enough time lapse between posts, like when you search?
