hELP KINDLE FROZEN

Help my kindle started freezing on me at work today. I had to do a hard restart. It rebooted than froze again. I did another hard restart worked for two minutes than froze once again. Now it won't even restart. It is stuck on one screen. What should I do is my kindle dead?

yay!

My suggestion was going to be plug it in and make sure it's fully charged and try a reset one more time. . .and then call for a replacement if that didn't work.
