Purchased ebooks no longer in the cloud SOLVED

I received my replacement K3G today & I'm in the middle of transferring content to it right now. So far I've noticed 5 books (that I know I did not delete) are no longer in the cloud. Huh

Why would this happen?

I guess some of them are not listed as Books in the cloud. Once I selected "All Items" I could find them.

No samples, all full ebooks purchased from the Kindle Store. I'm not sure why they are not listed as books.

So how was this solved???

It happened to me with one book ("The Gulag Archipelago.") I realized it was no longer available at the Amazon store, but Amazon did put it back into my Archive anyway.

I selected "All Items" when searching. All the ones I couldn't find were indie books. I think they are just tagged wrong.
