Linkmaker

Gosh, I am having a terrible time trying to upload links to my posts using linkmaker. I wonder if someone out there can tell me what I'm doing wrong. I can upload the link to my novels, but the picture will not upload. I do select picture and link but all I get is the link. Also, forgive me if I am in the wrong place here. I'm quite new to all this...Carla

The linkmaker seems to work to me. Are you trying to add the pictures to your signature?

You may be doing the same thing some others have--putting the whole link in your search box?

On Linkmaker, in the search box, put your name, the book's name, or the ASIN of the book in the search box and hit search.  If you use the ASIN, copy it don't try to type it, it's too easy to make a mistake.

After you click search, the book or books will show up on the left side.  Click "Make a link" for the one you want.  Then, on the right side, copy the code from the first box on the right that is marked Image link (below the text link box).  Paste that in your signature or in a post (though not outside the Book Bazaar.)

Great!  Glad you were able to figure it out!  Now, you can put that in your forum profile signature and it will appear below every post you make!
